The property management industry licensing regime came into effect on 1st August 2020. It establishes professional qualifications for the practice of property management and was instituted with the aim to enhance quality and professionalism within the sector.

Starting from 1 August 2023, all property management companies(PMCs) providing properties subject to deed of mutual covenant with more than one category of prescribed property management(PM) services, as well as property management practitioners (PMPs) serving managerial or supervisory roles in PMCs providing PM services, must hold valid PM licenses in accordance with the Property Management Services Ordinance (the Ordinance).

The Group’s property-management subsidiary, Pokfulam Property Management Limited, is a holder of a valid PMC license (PMC License C-813050). It adheres strictly to the three core values of ‘Quality’, ‘Integrity’ and ‘Advancement’ championed by The Property Management Services Authority and strives to provide tenants with PM services that are both responsive and personable.
