Located at the junction of Canton Road and Arran Street in Mong Kok, the China Paint Building comprises nine storeys and a flat roof on the ninth floor. The building was completed in 1963 and has a total saleable area of approximately 55,258 sq.ft. (513.6 sq.m.). It is four minutes’ walk (340 metres) from Exit C2 of Prince Edward Station and has convenient access to multiple public transit options.
