15 December, 2022, Hong Kong 一 Elevant-Garde Limited, a subsidiary of Pokfulam Development Company Limited, will cease operations with effect from 1 January, 2023.

The pertinent issues are outlined below:

1. Contracts and projects transfer
All contracts and projects formerly carried out by Elevant-Garde Limited will be transferred to Control Free Limited, an independent company unrelated to Pokfulam Development Company Limited.

2. Liability transfers
The liability of Elevant-Garde Limited is limited to those incurred on or before 31 December, 2022. Control Free Limited will become liable for all debts and obligations in relation to the transferred contracts and projects.

3. Impact on Pokfulam Development Company Limited
Control Free Limited will continue to provide smart building technical support to Pokfulam Development Company Limited.
